CANCELLATION,RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer satisfaction is at the top of our list here at AMbibi. To better our customer shopping experience, we have refined our return and exchange policies. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for up to 30 days after delivery if they are eligible products and remain in their original packaging.
ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGES
You can cancel the order as long as your order status is not set to “shipped”. However, all the cancellations will be subject to a 10% handling fee. Please be sure to contact our customer representative if you want to cancel your order.
For custom orders:
There is no extra fee for cancellations on custom orders placed within 12 hours.
It will incur a 50% handling fee for the cancellation of orders placed within 7days.
The order is non-refundable for cancellation once the order is placed over 7days.
Product details of your order may only be modified within 24 business hours from being placed as long as your order status is not set to “shipped.” Please be noted that we cannot change the product specifications of your order after 24 business hours from being placed.
To return your order with us you MUST firstly contact our customer service team, or your return may be denied. You can choose your refund from one of the following refund payment options:
Refund – Monetary refunds will be refunded back to your original form of payment that you used to purchase the order. A 10% restocking fee is deducted from all monetary refunds.
Please be noted that the order is non-refundable for cancellation once the order is placed over 7days.
Express shipping costs, international shipping costs and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. If you paid for the shipping cost with your order, this shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Any refused international packages and international automatic returns (including Canada) will incur a 30% restocking fee of the total order amount.
There will be an $14.99 shipping fee ($29.89 for international orders) for reshipment if the package is returned back to sender.
Refunds are processed 5 to 7 business days after your return has been received. Please allow a further 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement before contacting us. Please note that any delays in processing your refund back to your account may be due to your financial banking institution.
Any altered, worn, washed or damaged products are not eligible for any exchanges or returns.
- Are in the same condition you received them (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no signs of wear, styling products or odor)
- Have all tags on them and are in their original packaging
- Item(s) are returned within 30 days of the order delivery date
- Have all Gift sets included
- The frontal lace was cut or damaged
- The item was worn or sprayed with hair styling products
- The item was damaged, or the original status was changed
- Custom orders, Clearance items and Gift gallery items.
Please note that we can’t accept ineligible products and they will be returned to you at your cost.
We are not held responsible for any lost returns.
We allow one free exchange for all US orders on all eligible products within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. Please see our return policy above for eligible products criteria.
For international order exchanges, there will be a $29.89 shipping fee.
Please contact our customer service if you would like to make an exchange on your order.
If you would like to exchange your order a second time, there is a 5% restocking fee.
If the exchange item(s) costs more than your first order, we will contact you to obtain the payment difference for the additional amount. Any exchange balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
Your exchange can only be processed after we have received your return.
HOW TO RETURN
Please contact our aftersale service representatives within 15 days of receipt of your wig via email. Email: email@example.com
Please indicate your order number & the reason you want to exchange or return your hair, please attach any applicable pictures.
After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will send you a Return & Exchange address to send your unit to.
Please ship the hair back to the address we provide you, please include the order number. We DO NOT accept the return packages without our Return Authorization. And please email us the return tracking number as you ship the hair back. We will start the process of refund or exchange when we receive the return package.
