About Our Hair
Our hair are made of 100% virgin hair human hair. All the hair strands remain the original cuticle, which make sure the hair is smooth and soft.
Our standard 22.5-inch cap fits most people, and it comes with 4 combs, an elastic band and 2 straps you can adjust to make the cap fit comfortably on your head.
We also offer a customized wig for you. To request a large or small cap size, just leave us a note when your order is placed or email your order number to us at support@ambibi.com
Please take anaccurate measurement of your head size,
And note that you will have to wait 3-7 days longer for a customize wig.
Virgin human hair wigs last the longest. The wigs you buy from us will last longer than a year if you take care of them properly.
However, We recommend replacing your wig every 3 month to 6 month for the best result.
Note that chemical processing and heat styling shorten the lifespan of your wigs.
Wigs with a higher density are fuller and more costly. We offer the most comprehensive wig densities in 130%, 150%, 180%, 200% and 250%. A density of 200% is suggested if you want a wig that offers the ideal thickness and a natural appearance.
Please note the density of front hairline is thinner to achive the most natural look.

The length of a wig is determined by measuring the length of the hairs starting at the roots. The hair on wigs that are curly or wavy should be pulled straight when it’s measured from root to end. Read ourWig Length guideto find your perfect wig length.
Yes. The natural color virgin human hair wigs can be dyed any color.
But we recommend using our 613 blonde wigs if you want customize the wig color by yourself. As blonde wigs are much more easy to get colored.
About Your Order
Your order can be paid with a credit or debit card. We also accept payments made through PayPal .
A card may be declined if it has expired or the funds are insufficient. Poor credit can also result in your payment being rejected.
If payment is refused, please contact your bank or use a different card.
Items in stock are shipped within 24 hours. If the item you order isn’t in stock, it will be ready for 3-5 days.
We ship your order by FedEx , USPS and DHL. Normally they will take an additional 3 or 4 work days. But due to Corona pandemic, the shipping may take 5 to 8 days.
You can track your order in three ways:
1. Clicking on the tracking number you’ll receive in an email from us after your order is sent out.
2. Sign in to your account to track your order.
3. Contact us at support@ambibi.com if you want customer service to help you with tracking your order.
You can take advantage of the free exchange service we have in effect for one time use only.
The wig you return must be in new condition because returns and exchanges are only honored if the wig has never been worn and the lace hasn’t been cut.

Refund – Monetary refunds will be refunded back to your original form of payment that you used to purchase the order. A 10% restocking fee is deducted from all monetary refunds.
Once your return request is confirmed, your money will be refunded in 5-10 work days and returned to your account.
